Pat Buchanan has opened his mouth about who built this country and proved he is a old fool. The white folk may have dreamed great dreams but that was because they slept a lot while the slaves did the work.
It is hard to dream while sweating in the sun with marks on you back from the whip and being ground into dust by white folk.
Sotomayor would be the first Hispanic to sit on the Supreme Court.
"I do believe she is an affirmative action appointment by the president of the United States," said Buchanan. "He eliminated everyone but four women and then he appointed the Hispanic."
When Maddow asked Buchanan what purpose he thought affirmative served, he replied, "Affirmative action is to increase diversity by discriminating against white males."
Presented with the overwhelming statistic that 108 of 110 Supreme Court justices have been white, Buchanan reasoned, "This has been a country built basically by white folks."

Anyone knows that this country was built on slave labor and the white folk were busy setting around in the shade or down in the slave cabins raping the young female slaves breeding more slaves to build more riches for the white folk.
There are slaves buried under wall street who died building the great city of New York.

I don't really know the extent to which slaves were used outside of the Deep South. I know they existed elsewhere at an earlier time, as did indentured servants, but whether they did most of the work building this country, I very much doubt.
Let's say you were a black American whose forebears were slaves. What would your life be like if they had stayed in Africa (where slavery is still very much alive, by the way)? I'm not defending slavery. I'm instead saying that the windings of history brought us all where we are today, and that terrible past acts probably mean that some of us are better off than we would have otherwise been. In fact, since there are probably few blacks who aren't partially white, millions of people wouldn't even exit.
Have you noticed that every time Pat Buchanan gets loose, he says something stupid?
