I have read some want the health care bill to cover prayer healing, I say OK as long as the payment is made to God after all if God does the healing the one to receive payment would be God but not to the one doing the praying. I don't think God would except payment from the health care industry.
I read this the other day, A rich man received notice he was going to heaven and he prayed that he be permitted to take his wealth with him. God agreed to let him take one trunk of wealth along.
After studying the rich man decided he would take a trunk filled with gold to heaven. When he arrived at the gate Saint Peter told him you can't bring in your trunk . The rich fellow explained that God had given him special permission to bring one trunk in to heaven.
Peter called God and God told him the man could bring in one trunk of his wealth.
Peter told the rich man "OK you can bring the trunk in but first I have to check to see what is in the trunk we have the same rules as united air lines."
The rich man opened his trunk and proudly displayed his gold. Saint Peter said "you brought pavement?"

"Prayer healing"! Right. Nothing like a little mixing of church and state as if there's not already too much of that going on.
