cucumbers and cornbread for breakfast.
This is the first day of summer, hot weather is on it's way.
my hens are laying about 9 eggs a day when the sun gets it brightest the chickens are looking for shade .

I love cucumbers, too. Mine are blooming but don't have any yet. I do them just the way you do, with salt, onion, vinegar and water. I can eat them at every meal and with anything. Yours look so good!
I used to have plates just like those..It seems like they were from Bob's market at a cheap price when you bought so many groceries...
Cornbread sounds good...but too hot to cook it. I am only getting about 5 to 8 eggs a day..yesterday only 3.
