They tell me a neat way to strip the corn off the cob. Take the husks off the corn. Leave the bottom stem attached to the corn cob. Then place the stem into the center hole of a angle food/bunt pan and strip the corn off. It will fall into the cake pan.It did! the corn turns easily in the center hole as you slice down the cob.
