hog jowl


I had hog jowl and biscuits for breakfast. We can only buy hog jowl at new years in Green Forest.

    Hi Patsy...Showed my husband your post about the foxes (we see them in our neighborhood) and he scanned down and saw this post on hog jowls. His mouth watered...he's an old meat cutter and said that hog jowls were the original pork cutlet. Happy New Year...Balisha
