Sources told azcentral.com that Jason 'J.T.' Ready, a former member of the notorious Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, was responsible for the deaths at a property in the affluent suburb before turning the gun on himself.
The shootings took place around 1 p.m in the 500 block of West Tumbleweed Road and police recovered two handguns and a shotgun from the crime scene.
