I have been busy, I hoed my garden and have rendered 3 gallon of lard in the last 2 days. I need to water the garden this evening it is dry.

I know your house is hot if you have been rending lard. Oh, that brings back memories and not happy ones. We did it outside when I was a young kid and then later on the kitchen stove.
It was at a colder time not almost June.
How spoiled am I...I don't have a clue about how to do this, nor do I ever use lard...I'm impressed❤
Good ole lard...nothing makes better pie crust.
