Where were you 50 years ago today? I was living in Sacramento California. My husband was drawing unemployment and we were returning home from the unemployment office when we stopped at a hardware store for some small purchase. I have forgot what it was I went into the store to buy but as I entered a radio was on and they announced that the president. was dead !
I was stunned and I went out to the car in a dazed. John F. Kennedy was my president. I voted for him and now he was dead.
