Rivers

 Rivers speak to me some how, I don't understand why but when I see our great rivers I always feel voices whispering in my ear. I have seen the great Ohio river where it merges with the mighty Mississippi.
My ancestors moved along these rivers and I think they heard the same whispers.
The voices speak to me of the power of the water that moves our produce across this land.
I have seen the Arkansas River and the James river in MO all these rivers have the same effect on me. It is like I can see the past and all the people who lived along the rivers.
They has been talking about New Orleans and if the city will or should be rebuilt. The mighty Mississippi emptied into the gulf at that point and it will be rebuilt because the river is there . New Orleans is the oldest city in our country and will remain a city of importance to this nation.
