This is thread crochet, I have made many things but gave all the other items to my sisters.This is a crochet hat that hangs on my wall. if my sisters would they could post many items I have made.

Oh Patsy, that is a lovely hat. The blue thread trimming the brim just sets it off so nicely. I can imagine a lovely young girl wearing it for a garden party or even at her wedding, can't you? Thank you for posting a picture of your beautiful work.
I've done some thread crochet myself in the past and I gave all my doilies away too. I've always loved receiving home made gifts and so I imagine that others will enjoy receiving what I make too. But every now and again I think I should make something and just keep it for myself. Why don't I do that?
You're smart to have kept something for yourself.
