Winter

Winter is a dreary time of year. The Ozark land scape is gray and brown. I think this is why we have so many of our Holidays in the winter months . We need something to lift our spirit out of the gloom.
I am trying to work a picture puzzle to have something to do. If I fail and I probably will I will send them to Betty's granddaughter. I am beginning to think if nothings goes wrong I may heal. PRAY FOR MY HEALING. I TELL THE NURSE I DON'T FEAR DEATH, I JUST DON'T WANT TO LIVE WITH A HOLE IN MY BELLY.
I have some material out and I am thinking about making Erin a quilt. I am just thinking about it .I have not done anything except look at the material.
I woke at 4 o'clock this morning so I am getting a early start on my day. The roosters are crowing like they are ready for me to feed.

It is 5 and I woke pretty early too.

Keep at it on the puzzle.

I will have the entire Church pray for your wound today.

You Powell ladies must be like the ones in our family...we all have trouble sleeping!
Winter is really gloomy sometimes. I will pray for your healing Patsy.
