This is our dog. She is some sort of mixed breed. She earned her keep yesterday. My daughter called from work and said she thought she left her phone at home. I searched and didn't find the thing anywhere. This is the second one she has lost about a hour later I let the dog out for her bath room duties and noticed she was smelling something on ground in the yard. I went to see and there lay Janet's phone in the yard.
Foxie is good for something after all. She is a telecommunication finder.
I have been feeding the birds, not chicken but wild birds that flock in my yard. They congregate in my chicken pen and eat the scrap cracked corn after the chickens have their fill. I have seen male and female cardinals, the common English sparrow and wrens busy in the pen . I tried to get a photo but when I come out they scary away to a tree.
It is 33 degrees this morning and rain is falling. My chickens are calling.

Patsy, it has been cold here also but not as cold as it was there.
Great little dog! Mine found the watch I lost but I didn't find it until weeks later and she had chewed the band off. It still runs tho. lol
