Yesterday the temperature got up to 80 degrees and it was 95 in side and I must confess I turned on the air. It is 41 degrees now and the heat is going.
I went out to feed and gathered 10 eggs. I have developed the habit of gathers the eggs in the morning when I feed the chickens.
I send all my eggs by my daughter to a Hispanic lady at work. I sent Maria at least 10 dozen eggs. She talked to me on the phone and thanked me profusely. She always called me PEPSI and she said "thank you Pepsi, I love you."
Maria has a large family and grand children living with her and I am sure they will enjoy the eggs.maria saying she loved me may sound phony but I can tell you she means what she says. She always ask my daughter every time she see her" how is my Pepsi?"
The black chicks and their white mothers were ready for breakfast.

I can't believe how hot it is now where you live - what a change.
Like you I give all my eggs away except 4 a week which we have fried.
Husband will only eat 2 because he is not fond on them and also he worries about cholesterol.
I so enjoy visiting you on here and seeing your chickens is the highlight of the day.
