My neighbors cats are so thin, I don't think they are sick, I think he has stopped feeding them.
I suppose pet food has gone up and he can't afford to feed them. I have not been feeding them since he made it back from California but I will start again. poor things.

I went down to the cementary the other day and someone had dumpped 1 dog with 3 small pups. I guess they thought someone would pick them up down there.
