Saral Palin has really gone over the deep end, she is exciting to riot at her speeches and people will be prosecuted for this. this man who shouted "kill him" can be arrested for threatening the candidate. Sarah Palin maybe in trouble also.

Under federal law, a riot is a public disturbance involving an act of violence by one or more persons who are assembled in a group of at least three people. The act of violence must be one that presents a clear and present danger of injury to another person or damage to another person’s property. Threatening to commit a violent act in such a group situation that could injure another person or damage property is also considered a riot if one of the persons in the group has the ability at the time to carry out the threatened violence.
Inciting a riot applies to a person who organizes, encourages, or participates in a riot. It can apply to one who urges or instigates others to riot.
Sarah better think long and hard on this law!

Palin went on to say that "Obama held one of the first meetings of his political career in Bill Ayers's living room, and they've worked together on various projects in Chicago." Here, Palin began to connect the dots. "These are the same guys who think that patriotism is paying higher taxes -- remember that's what Joe Biden had said. "And" -- she paused and sighed -- "I am just so fearful that this is not a man who sees America the way you and I see America, as the greatest force for good in the world. I'm afraid this is someone who sees America as 'imperfect enough' to work with a former domestic terrorist who had targeted his own country."

Even I could not believe this happened and Palin did nothing...
She is a real nut case. That's all there is to it. And if McCain is elected, and dies while in office, she will be president. That sends chills down my back.

I am afraid this is more than just a nut case spouting nonsense. Not only is her speech subject to "Inciting a Riot" criminal laws, but I believe it is also subject or could be subject to the "Hate Crimes Prevention Act" which includes encouraging people to commit hate crimes against the protected group which includes race. Palin and Mccain are being totally irresponsible in their rhetoric especially in this time of great tension over the financial crisis. Many people are just looking for someone to hate and to destroy as their lives have been destroyed. As far as I am concerned Palin and Mccain already have blood on their hands.
