I am back in the land of the living. We got our power back at 12:30 pm and I am glad to have excess to the net.
We have been living in the dark with 4 flash lights, one coal oil lamp and thank god for propane heat.
I have been living with a crazy woman because she didn't have TV but she has been praying to the electric god and finally her prayers were answered. I have not seen the news for awhile so I will be searching for all the news as soon as I get off this blog.
We are fine, we lost all our frozen food but we have canned goods and beans and rice to live on so we will be able to maintain our fat.
Fleta and Clayton has generators so they are OK. They live so far back in the woods they may be a while before they see the electric god coming down the road.

Well, you have been missed
and I am glad you did not fall
on that ice going out to the
chicken pen. Spring is just around the corner.
Hope Clayton and Fleta are rescued soon.
