Linda Caldwell / CCN BERRYVILLE -- Imagine camping out through the night in subfreezing temperatures just to get an employment application. Sound like a scene from the Great Depression?

Indeed, they know not. I personally have only an inkling. But I have to say, if they are willing to give any kind of employment a try, God bless them.

I heard that there would be about 300 new hires.
