WASHINGTON — After days of denials, a choked-up New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner confessed Monday that he tweeted a bulging-underpants photo of himself to a young woman. "The picture was of me, I sent it," he told a room full of reporters in Manhattan.

Conservative site biggovernment.com has published what appear to be shirtless photos of the lawmaker that were allegedly sent to a young woman via email.
..Weiner said he intended to send the picture as a joke, but "I panicked, I took it down and said that I had been hacked."
