This is my first ripe tomato. This is the earliest i ever remember having a ripe tomato unless a worm had got in it but this one is perfect. Daughter is taking it to work. I am sure she is going to tell everyone she picked it from her garden.
The name is Arkansas traveler if anyone wants to grow some of these.

That tomato looks delicious! The local grocery (not Wal-Mart) has some tomatoes they claim are locally grown, but I'm suspicious. LOL
They are the best for canning...Granny Renfroe always said.
