I told you I named my rooster and I have decided to name that hen that was riding the other hens. I have watched the news conferences of the president. for 40 years and Helen Thomas is my hero and has been for years so I have named that red hen that thinks she can be a rooster Helen Thomas.
Helen Thomas has been after the current leadership again.
This is her latest attempt to hold their feet to the fire...White House press secretary Richard Gibbs deflected the question, but that only raised the ire of Helen Thomas, UPI’s veteran correspondent who has long been at the top of the White House press corps totem pole.“We have never had that in the White House,” Thomas said, referring to the degree that press events are pre-scripted in the Obama administration. “I’m amazed, I’m amazed at you people who called for openness and transparency…”That’s when things got testy, and Gibbs looked very uncomfortable as Reid and Thomas took turns attacking his evasive answers.
In memory of Harry Truman, give them hell Helen! I am a Democrats but I don't believe in following along just because our leaders are Democrats.

I am a Republican (mostly), but I'd vote for Truman if he were around today.
Patsy, You can have the whole Washington bunch right there in your chicken yard and you can make some of them Democrats and some Republicans. Maybe, you need to start raising some fighting roosters, too, just to make it more interesting! Then, you can write, Tales from the Washington Chicken Coop!
Obama thinks you're stupid-
he thinks everyone is as stupid as the people that voted for him.
He makes the loosest, most general statements possible, to attempt to imply that Bush is responsible for all the rampant spending because it started under him.
He lies and changes his story at-will on everything from his cabinet's ethics to whether or not he ever met with Blago to discuss his senate seat, meanwhile the press is occupied with stories on his puppy vetting process and how Barack likes to play basketball.
And Obama could care less if you catch him lying or flip-flopping too, he just changes the subject and moves right-on-along.
Obama wants the state to be your mother and father- and it's his right to lie to you if he wishes... just like your parents when you were five.
Government will be one you come to for money, ask permission when you want to think or speak, and who handles all your finances for you since of course you can't be trusted.
