This one of the pullets I raised under the little bantam. I like her color. I have 4 pullets and two rooster in that 6 and since I got the three part bantams out where I can see them I have two pullets and one rooster. that means I raised six pullets under that one bantam hen. This must be the year of the female.
We are getting rain again and more in the forecast.I went and turned over a large trash container in the chick pen so they can flee the water if they wish. I have never seen a July like we are having this year.

Hi Patsy, Your female is very pretty. We are having record temperatures here for July. It has been in the 60s and low 70s in the daytime and down in the low 50s at night. I guess your rain is supposed to get here tonight after midnight and rain the rest of the week.
this July nothing....the whole year had been odd there....was the ice storm in Jan...I am at Miss`s house....
Betty should hatch some chicks this year
